Thailand is a bucket list must for any and all adventurous travelers! This remarkable country is rich with some of the most tropical beaches, grandiose temples and palaces, and biologically-diverse national park forests. Oh, and let’s not forget about the overly-delectable Thai cuisine, soaring mountains, and endless varieties of plant and wildlife. Thailand has it all! Well, everything but you!
We have incredible projects working in villages dedicated to orphaned and abandoned children, children who are at risk for human trafficking and the sex trade, and children of families with drug addiction. Here we will nurture and care for these kids in a positive and loving environment – teaching English, playing games and helping to improve their living environment through creative arts, community gardens and sustainable farming processes. You’ll help build schools, playgrounds and develop the infrastructure needed to give these kids a brighter future.
One of our conservation programs involves volunteering in an elephant conservation park, which protects and cares for elephants that have been rescued from cruel practices in the tourism industry. Your daily tasks will involve feeding them, washing them, and maintaining the park so they can live their lives in peace. Whether it be through assisting ill-treated animals or serving disadvantaged youth and communities, you will have the opportunity to make a real developmental and behavioral impact.
